Hope Advocates is always looking for ways to get kids involved in the community through volunteering. We have created a project called Bags of Hope that allows kids not only get involved in the community but allow them to be leaders in their own project. We have identified 3 causes below that will make it easier on kids to do a project as we have done it ourselves and can mentor them through the process. We also allow kids to create a project on a cause that they feel passionate about. Bags of Hope
Time TBDLocation TBDHope Advocates has partnered with foster programs for the last couple of years. Everyday children enter foster care with no hope and scared of their new surroundings. You can help bring comfort to a child as they will be given a bag filled with items that will help lift their spirits.- Time TBD2880 La Quinta Dr, 2880 La Quinta Dr, Missouri City, TX 77459, USACancer Bags offer hope, comfort, entertainment, education, and sometimes just a distraction. Children going through chemotherapy often stay in the hospital for a week at a time on numerous occasions while they undergo treatment. The bags can provide them with some hope and entertainment.
- Time TBDLocation TBDPeople on the streets struggle each day to recieve the most basic of needs. You can help provide a little comfort to someone by sponsoring Homeless Bags. Homeless bags contain snacks, travel-size toiletries,socks, a bottle water and other items that people who live on the street find useful.
- Time TBDLocation TBDIf you have a child that you would like to have participate in the program we would like to hear from you. The project will help strengthen their leadership skills, public speaking, organizational skills and compassion for others.
